Day2: On a healthy food roll :-)

Today was an ok food day. I got up and did some grocery shopping, and picked up some yummy goodies!

Breakfast

 

Chicken sammy w/ lots of veggies, and cherries!

 

Wantetd something a little sweet, so I grabbed few banana chips :-)

 

Afternoon snack: whole wheat toast w/natural PB

 

Dinner: leftovers from yesterday, that were just as yummy the second time around :-)

 

All in all, I think, this day went ok. I’m learning to be aware if what I put into my system, and it feels great. I cant wait to try new things :-)
